Again, food and drinks were ordered and never received! We explained our experience to the manager on staff who was receptive to our concerns, and stated higher up management would be contacted to inform them of our experience. We went to the bar to order our own drinks! Why are we paying for personalized cabana service when we were not receiving it? If there is not enough staff to serve everyone appropriately then additional walk in cabanas should not be allowed by management. Drinks and food were ordered and never arrived.
That is when our service pretty much stopped. As the day progressed, management assigned Larry additional cabanas to serve on the opposite side of the pool. The day started out great, our server, Larry, was personable and helpful.
